PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“You” or “Licensee”) and Hurd Hobbies LLC (“Licensor”). By completing your purchase and downloading the digital STL file (“Product”), you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By checking the acceptance box at checkout and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase or download the Product.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, Licensor grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to download and use the Product solely for private, personal use on 3D printers. The Product is licensed, not sold.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not, without prior written permission from Hurd Hobbies LLC:

• Sell, resell, sublicense, share, distribute, or transfer the Product;
• Sell, resell, or distribute any physical items or parts created from the Product;
• Upload the Product to any sharing platform, marketplace, or repository.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Download Limits and Availability

• The Product may be downloaded up to three (3) times
• Downloads are available for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase

After 30 days, access expires and a new purchase is required to download the Product again.

5. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Because this is a digital product, no refunds, exchanges, or returns will be provided once the Product has been downloaded, regardless of use or compatibility.

6. AS‑IS / NO WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The Product is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non‑infringement.

Licensor does not warrant that:

• The Product will meet your specific requirements;
• The Product will be error‑free or uninterrupted;
• The Product will be compatible with all software, hardware, slicers, or printers.

You assume all responsibility and risk for the use of the Product and any items produced from it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hurd Hobbies LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Product.

9. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Product remain the exclusive property of Hurd Hobbies LLC. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Product or related rights.

10. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease use of the Product and destroy all copies in your possession.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hurd Hobbies LLC operates.
